BAR, perched, very flappy in hand, used beak and wings a lot to struggle in hand. Had LOs from AM, but left in b/c today is first day in.

Ectoparasites: Flat flies

RSHA flew through finder's chimney and became trapped on screened porch, couldn't escape. Per RRT volunteer, bird didn't fly away when placed outside after removal from porch. On admission, bird was standing in box, footing. Very visual. OD was slightly darker than OS, but they were NSF otherwise. Opted to stain and stain uptake was ++. Banded and moved outside, gave 35 g ck. Once abrasion clears, release.
